1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order free of charge before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.

If your cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be cancelled immediately, and no cancellation fee will be charged.


2. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible by providing:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your request and confirm the cancellation status through Email or SMS.


3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • The full payment amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in Baba Wolf restricting or declining future Cash on Delivery orders at its sole discretion.


5. Orders Already Dispatched

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements.


6. Cancellation by Baba Wolf

Baba Wolf reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
  • Payment verification fails.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Orders that violate our Terms & Conditions.

If Baba Wolf cancels a prepaid order, the customer will receive a full refund through the original payment method.


7. Promotional & Discount Orders

Orders placed during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special discount events may have different cancellation terms.

Certain limited-time offers or exclusive products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product or promotional page.


8. Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Baba Wolf is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after the refund has been processed.

before placing an order. Incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation issues.
