To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Original product tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • The product should be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alterations.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The return request must be submitted within the specified return period.

Baba Wolf reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, quality, and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, worn, or washed products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or negligence.
  • Products returned after the 5–7 day return window.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers should contact our Customer Support team within the return period.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photographs of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

After reviewing your request, our support team will guide you through the return procedure.


4. Product Inspection

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Our inspection team will verify:

  • Product condition
  • Original tags and packaging
  • Signs of usage or damage
  • Return eligibility under our policy

Only approved returns will qualify for a refund or exchange.


5. Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund has been successfully initiated.


6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or another available variant, you may request an exchange within the eligible return period.

Exchange requests are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection
  • Eligibility under this policy

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, Baba Wolf will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


8. Return Shipping

Depending on the location and reason for return:

  • Baba Wolf may arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
  • In certain cases, customers may be requested to ship the product to our return address.
  • Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team after approval.

Please do not return any product without receiving authorization from Baba Wolf.


9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Product shows signs of use, washing, or damage.
  • Return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • Original packaging or tags are missing.
  • Product is returned in an unacceptable condition.
  • Incorrect information is provided during the return process.

Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
